RCTCM Students Give Back

Students at the Richmond County Technical Career Magnet School use their talent and technical abilities to repair broken or damaged equipment. Ahjoi Apparicio and Caleb Reilly, from Ms. Holton’s electronics class use the skills they have acquired in the classroom to repair and refurbish damaged electronics throughout the school. They recently repaired a Dell Battery Charger with a purchase price of $2,200 along with stereos and televisions. This student engagement allows the equipment to be continuously used by teachers and their peers in the classroom, and allows students to implement the hardware skills they are avidly learning.
